Meet Princess Jones

Princess has over 20 years of results-driven leadership experience and is deeply disciplined and passionate about educating and developing those around her. Her natural ability to lead, strategize, and problem-solve creates environments where individuals feel both confident and supported.

 

She is the owner and founder of Real Foundationed Training Services, a REALTOR® coaching and training company dedicated to strengthening the foundational skills, systems, and mindset of real estate professionals. Princess has also served as the Chair of her previous brokerage’s Agent Advisory Council, where she represented the voices of agents and worked closely with leadership to influence decisions, advocate for agent experience, and drive meaningful organizational improvement across the city.

 

As the Sales and Operations Manager of Walters Realty Group, Princess mentors, leads, and trains agents as they transition into entrepreneurship, providing structure, accountability, and clarity in an often-unstructured industry. In addition, she is a Real Estate Salesperson who has consistently performed in the top 20% of her Association, bringing both practical expertise and real-world credibility to her leadership and coaching.

 

Beyond real estate, Princess is an active board member of a private school in Milwaukee, further reflecting her commitment to leadership, education, and community impact.
