Located in Northeast Monroe County, this 28 acre hunting property has a solid start already in place. An established driveway leads back to a 1-room Amish-built cabin, giving you a simple base camp from day one. UTV trails provide access throughout rolling mature hardwoods with towering white pines scattered across the property. Several open meadows with grassy understory break up the timber, while established food-plot locations and a small pond add food, water and additional wildlife habitat. Hunt, work on food plots, ride the trails or simply spend the weekend at camp. Located in a strong recreational area of Western WI with additional public recreation nearby. A manageable-sized property with the access and basic setup already established--take it from here and make it your own.
